Temporary
For clients who need candidates on an as-needed basis, our temporary staffing option is ideal. Our highly qualified field employees are available for flexible, short-term needs, seasonal and project-specific work.

Temp-to-Hire
Our Temp-to-Hire staffing option is designed specifically for clients interested in “trying out” a candidate before making a long-term commitment. Our employee will remain on our payroll for a negotiated time to ensure a good match with your company.

Direct Hire
Experienced recruiters from Placement Management Center work closely with our clients to develop job profiles for full-time and long-term staffing needs, ranging from entry to executive level positions. The selected employee is then placed directly on the client’s payroll and a “one time” fee is paid.
