Biographical Information
Ronald L. Panter, 60 years old. Married with 6 children and 9 grandchildren. Ron
retired from General Motors, where he spent thirty years as an electrician, supervisor and an electrical
controls engineer. He founded Panter Master Controls in 1985 and has successfully designed, engineered,
manufactured and delivered over four hundred major electrical control projects to dozens of major clients.
Ron has been issued four U.S. patents, with an additional two in progress. Ron has vast experience in the
product development and commercialization process. His hobbies are golfing, skiing and travel.
Jeffery L. Ostahowski, 53 years old. Married,
father of two boys. Jeff has spent over thirty years working in and with government.
In the 1970's he worked in the Michigan State House Senate and the U.S. Congress
as an aide to Congressman Dale E. Kildee. Jeff worked for the General Motors
Corporation for 19 years in the area of government programs. From 1995 to 2002,
Jeff was the Director of Government Relations for the UAW-GM Center for Human
Resources. Jeff has successfully worked on hundreds of projects involving more
than a dozen states and the federal government. His hobbies are fishing, boating
and writing.
Gary Anderson, 62 years old. Married, father of one, with one
granddaughter. Gary is the Vice President and principal owner of CWA Manufacturing of Mt.
Morris, MI.
CWA is a supplier to General Motors and Delphi. CWA has been in business for 52 years.
Gary has been with CWA for 44 years. Hobbies - Gary is an outdoorsman, who likes to hunt and fish.
Thomas E Harris, 64 years old. Married father of four, with
seven grandchildren. Retired from General Motors after 41 years. Tom is a journeyman
millwright. Tom's last thirty three years at GM he spent as a Supervisor of Skilled
Trades. Tom has a wealth of experience in manufacturing and a particular emphasis in
working with teams of technicians to accomplish major projects. Tom's primary hobbies
are golfing and travel.
Ron Fellabaum, 50 years old. Married, father of three, with one grandson. Retired in 2003, from Key Energy Services, of Farmington, NM, where he was the Division President of an organization of 650 people. Ron has held a variety of professional and technical positions in the Gas Well industry. He is the Chapter Chairman of the Four Corners Association of Energy Service Companies. He is also a Board Member of the San Juan Regional Medical Center and the San Juan Medical Foundation. He is the current Board President of the Frontline Mission, a Christian Charitable Organization. Hobbies are golfing and civic involvement.
