The objective of the staff at Placement Management Center is to be the premier provider of innovative and comprehensive staffing solutions. Our staff takes a personal interest and gives total commitment to clients while working to understand their needs and modes of operation.
When a job order is placed, we take the time to do an extensive profile on the position. We match this information with our comprehensive employee database and other qualified resources to find the best candidate for the job. Our database enables us to select personnel by category, skill, experience and previous employment history, thereby pinpointing the desired requirements needed.
For our clients we can virtually eliminate the associated time and costs of recruiting, advertising, screening and testing possible candidates. We are able to do this by continually enhancing selection of our candidates through a program of improved employee screening. Our methods include, direct advertising of job opportunities, building relationships with career advisors at colleges and universities, standard and custom testing, comprehensive interviews, and reference checks. This process enables us to bring forth a great selection of candidates which would otherwise be very costly and time consuming for an individual firm.
We take the time to know and care about each candidate’s ambitions and counsel them on how they can develop and grow in their careers. We respect the individual values and needs of each candidate. We also respect the work/life balance issues that each candidate may face. But we don’t stop there.
